Add TextObject at Runtime

Hi Gurus!!!!!!

I am using CR11 Developer and want to do
1). Add textobject from VB.net 2003 or
2). Atleast place textobjects whereever i want at runtime.

is it possible with CR11 Developer or CR11 Server Edition?
Please help me with ideas
